    Basically, there are two different ways of using ISL Online. You can support your clients or access unattended computers.

    a) Connect with a code (remote support)

    The idea is to easily connect with a client without having to change any firewall configurations or other restrictions. Keeping it as simple as possible. By sharing the code with the client, you can connect with anyone who has internet connection.

    b) Connect with a password (remote access)

    Instead of using a code, you can have permanent access to computers by installing a remote access agent on Windows, Mac, Linux or Android device. Once remote access is setup, your computers will be on your dashboard for you to connect to by simply typing in the access password.

  • How can I set up unattended access?

    Set up permanent access by installing a remote access agent on any Windows, Mac or Linux computer and setting up an access password. You can set unattended access on an unlimited number of computers. These computers will appear in your dashboard and you'll be able to connect to them with one click and access password.

  • What do I get with an ISL Online license?

    The number of purchased licenses determines the maximum number of concurrent users within your organization. A concurrent user is anyone who runs one or multiple sessions at the same time from any device.

    For example, with 3 licenses, users A, B, and C can each run multiple concurrent sessions on their devices, while additional users will need to wait for an available license to start their session.

  • How do I get an invoice?

    After purchasing licenses from our online shop, you can find your invoice in the ISL Online web dashboard. If you have purchased licenses through our local offices or partners, you will receive a copy of your invoice from them.

  • I've lost access to my 2FA device - what can I do?

    If you've lost access to your 2FA device, try using your secondary 2FA method to log in.If no secondary 2FA method is set up, contact our support team via live chat. To restore access, we will send a unique code to your ISL Online account's registered email address. Please ensure you have access to this email when requesting assistance for a 2FA lockout.
